3Rivers recognizes the importance of saving for retirement and offers eligible employees a 401(k) plan through Mutual of America. After 90 days of employment an employee becomes eligible to make elective deferrals to the 401(k) plan.
For full-time employees who have been with 3Rivers for at least one year, 3Rivers offers a matching contribution. Elective deferral amount and fund allocations can be changed at any time once the account is established.
