DSP positions offer hands-on, meaningful work supporting individuals in daily life, community involvement, learning skills, and building independence.
CNA positions provide compassionate, hands-on care within a licensed Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) offering 24-hour support. CNAs assist individuals with daily health needs, personal care, and overall wellness while working alongside a supportive clinical and direct care team focused on dignity, comfort, and safety.
Community Case Management roles focus on coordination, advocacy, and relationship-building. Case Managers support individuals in navigating services, accessing resources, and working toward personal goals while collaborating with families, providers, and community partners to promote choice, independence, and quality of life.
